This Privacy Policy explains how Multimedia Resources, S.L. ("MR Factory", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit this website or contact us, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR") and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to give us. Specifically:
- Contact form data: your name, company, job title, email address and any message you write.
- Email correspondence: if you write to us directly, the content of your message and your contact details.
- Technical data: our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and to deliver the site.

4. How the contact form works
When you submit the contact form, it opens your own email application with a pre-filled message addressed to us. Your data is sent to us as an email and is not stored in a separate database on this website. We then keep that correspondence in our business email system (Google Workspace).
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, acting as data processors under appropriate agreements:
- Google (Firebase Hosting and Google Workspace): website hosting and business email.
- Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google servers, which may receive your IP address.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are protected by adequacy decisions and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and, where a commercial relationship begins, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law. If no relationship develops, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@mrfactory.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
